1.Circuit board handling device
The two single-axis electric slide tables are combined into an X-Z dual-axis mechanism to carry the left, right, up and down movements on the circuit board.
2.Automatic soldering device
The soldering device is fixed on the X-Y-Z 3-axis combined with a single-axis electric slide table to perform soldering of circuit board parts.
3. Circuit board push-up device
The single-axis electric slide table is combined into X-Y-Z 3-axis, which can be used for the receiving mechanism of the circuit board production line.
4.CCD image visual inspection device
Fix the vision system on the X-Y-Z 3 axis for AOI inspection of the appearance of the PCB.
