The right-angle cross robotic arm is composed of two sets of linear slide module. The installation is fixed by the horizontal Y axis as the base. The X axis moves linearly with the Y axis slide. When the Y-axis coincides, it looks like it is named "Ten" in Chinese. It is usually called a right-angle robot, a coordinate axis slide, and an XY axis slide.

In addition to horizontal installation, the XY axis slide can also be mounted sideways, so the Y axis controls the lateral movement and the X axis controls the vertical direction.

Cross orthogonal slide table is commonly used for picking and placing workpieces, dispensing, soldering and visual inspection and positioning.
